Toners that are close to their expected life cycle will occasionally exhibit problems. These toners should not be consider defective. Defective toners are those that exhibit image quality problems within the first few days of operation. If after testing, our quality control team determines that the toner is defective, we will replace the item or if you prefer, we will credit your account for the original purchase price.
